The opportunity:
We are seeking a Leading Hand to join our highperforming Caloundra workshop.
This role is an ideal fit for an experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanic thats ready to take the next step in their trades career by becoming a handson leader to our workshop team including Apprentices Trade Assistants and Heavy Vehicle Mechanics.
From general maintenance tasks and repairsthrough tomajor component rebuilds youll get plenty of exposure to a variety of work across several vehicle makes and models to keep every day fresh and exciting.
We offer secure and long term employment a base rate of $48.21 per hour various allowances and penalties full supply of uniforms and limitless career progression opportunities.
The boxes youll tick:
- Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Mechanical Technology or equivalent
- Experienceinproviding maintenance and repairs to heavy commercial fleet
- Experience in managing Apprentices and Trade Assistants
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships
