Your Role as an ECT Physics Teacher

As a Physics Teacher at our state school in Telford your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching Physics across Key Stage 3 Key Stage 4 and potentially Key Stage 5 depending on your experience and interest in ALevel teaching.

• Planning and delivering dynamic interactive lessons that engage and challenge students of all abilities.

• Leading practical experiments to bring Physics to life and help students apply theoretical knowledge to realworld scenarios.

• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the Physics curriculum remains uptodate inclusive and stimulating.

• Providing support and encouragement to students to help them achieve their academic potential.

• Participating in schoolwide activities including extracurricular clubs and events to further enhance the student experience.

Who Were Looking For

We are looking for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Physics or a closely related field.

• Is passionate about teaching Physics and eager to inspire students to explore and understand the subject.

• Demonstrates strong communication and organisational skills with a commitment to engaging students of all abilities.
