We are excited to announce an opening for a PartTime EYFS Practitioner at a wellregarded primary school in Bexley. This is a fixedterm position for the remainder of the academic year with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the development of young children. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging childcentered lessons in line with the EYFS framework encouraging creativity and active learning.
- Observe childrens development and use these observations to assess progress plan activities and set learning targets for individual children.
- Provide a stimulating safe and nurturing environment that supports the emotional social and academic growth of all children.
- Foster positive relationships with children supporting their development of independence selfconfidence and social skills.
- Collaborate with other practitioners to create an inclusive learning environment where children feel valued and respected.
- Maintain clear communication with parents and carers ensuring they are kept informed of their childs progress.
- Contribute to the overall success of the schools EYFS setting participating in team meetings professional development and schoolwide initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with children in an EYFS setting.
- A good understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
- Passionate about early years education and providing children with a strong foundation for their future learning.
