Your Role as a Chemistry Teacher

As an Experienced Chemistry Teacher at our independent school you will:

• Teach Chemistry across Key Stage 3 Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (ALevel) with a particular focus on preparing students for their ALevel examinations.

• Deliver dynamic stimulating and challenging lessons that cater to students of all abilities and encourage independent thinking.

• Lead practical experiments that deepen students understanding and spark their curiosity for the subject.

• Collaborate with the Chemistry department to maintain a cuttingedge curriculum and ensure consistent delivery of highquality lessons.

• Contribute to extracurricular activities such as science clubs trips and competitions to further enrich students learning experiences.

• Mentor and support students through the challenges of ALevel Chemistry helping them develop critical thinking and problemsolving skills.

Who Were Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Chemistry Teacher who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has a degree in Chemistry or a related field.

• Has extensive experience teaching Chemistry at KS5 with a strong record of preparing students for ALevel examinations.

• Is passionate about Chemistry and dedicated to providing an excellent educational experience for all students.

• Can engage and inspire students to develop their knowledge and skills fostering a deep understanding of Chemistry.

• Has excellent communication organisational and leadership skills.

• Is a collaborative team player who will contribute to the departments continued success.
