Job Description
A passionate and fluent French Teacher is sought by a wellregarded Independent Girls school in Barnet. The successful candidate will inspire students across Key Stages 3 4 and potentially 5 to develop a love for the French language and culture.
Responsibilities
- Plan prepare and deliver engaging French Teacher lessons across Key Stages 3 4 and potentially 5.
- Develop students skills in speaking listening reading and writing in French.
- Assess and monitor student progress in French providing effective feedback to support their language acquisition.
- Contribute to the promotion of French language and culture within the school through extracurricular activities.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in French.
- Demonstrated experience teaching French at the secondary level including ALevel experience being advantageous.
- Native or nearnative fluency in French and a strong understanding of French culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of motivating students to learn a foreign language.
