Youll be a highly analytical businessminded individual embedded in our Finance team working sidebyside with decisionmakers across the company. Your mission: help us make better faster smarter decisions and be a driving force in how we grow scale and succeed.

This is a highimpact role for someone who thrives on complexity moves with speed and knows how to make numbers meaningful. You wont just be reporting the news youll help shape what the headlines should be.

As we expand across markets and product areas your work will be instrumental in ensuring we prioritise the right things allocate resources wisely and execute with confidence. Youll build the frameworks tools and partnerships that make that possible.

What youll do

Youll own and drive some of the most important pieces of our financial and strategic puzzle. That includes building detailed financial models to support forecasting decisionmaking and longterm planning especially in areas that are complex fastevolving or ambiguous.

Youll work crossfunctionally with teams like Product Marketing Operations and Growth acting as a key partner to help them understand how business decisions translate into financial outcomes. Youll also help turn business complexity into clear financial logic and vice versa making sure teams can act with focus and clarity.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and evolving robust dynamic financial models for both planning and scenario analysis.
• Acting as a strategic sparring partner to business leads and leadership helping them prioritise based on financial insight.
• Identifying trends risks and opportunities from internal and external data and making sure the right people act on them.
• Playing a central role in our strategic planning processes and driving accountability to goals.
• Helping define and communicate the so what behind the numbers not just reporting but influencing what happens next.

This is a handson role with lots of exposure. You will report to our CFO and work will influence decisions at the highest levels and youll be trusted to own your space from day one.

Who you are

Were looking for someone with a sharp intellect strong business sense and the confidence to work across teams and functions.

You probably have:

• 5 years of experience in consulting banking strategic finance or a highgrowth startup.
• An Educational background in a quantitative discipline Finance Economics Math Stats Engineering or otherwise related field.
• Handson experience building and owning financial models for complex and fastevolving businesses.
• Strong ability to work crossfunctionally you thrive when collaborating across teams and disciplines.
• Genuine curiosity for how things work youre not satisfied until you understand the drivers behind the numbers.
• A mix of analytical structure and entrepreneurial grit youre as comfortable deep in spreadsheets as you are influencing a room.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated businesses is a plus but not a must we care more about aptitude and drive than pedigree.
