Job Description
We are currently seeking an organised customerfocused Plant Hire Controller to join our Plant and Transport team in Levenshulme.
As the first point of contact you will play a key role in managing hire enquiries coordinating equipment bookings and delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
Customer Service: Responding to customer enquiries about hire providing quotes and resolving issues or complaints.
Order Management: Processing new hire requests managing existing orders and coordinating collections.
Equipment Coordination: Ensuring the right equipment is available checking stock levels and liaising with the workshop for maintenance.
Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records of hires processing invoice queries and assisting with stock control.
