Were looking for a Senior HR Coordinator to join our global HR team from Malm someone experienced detailoriented and peoplefocused who thrives in a fastpaced and globally minded environment will love it here with us at IO Interactive. Youll play a central role in supporting our employees across their lifecycle ensuring compliance with Swedish employment laws while creating seamless humancentric processes with a global business mindset and providing service across all our five sites.

What You Will Do
- Lead the onboarding process with clarity and caremaking sure every new hire feels welcomed informed and empowered from day one.
- Manage the full scope of employee relocation and immigration coordinating with partners and Swedish authorities to ensure smooth peoplefirst transitions.
- Support daytoday HR administration across departments and provide practical transparent HR advicebeing approachable clear and solutionoriented in a dynamic environment.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure legal compliance (including GDPR) across the employee lifecycle while contributing to a strong internal culture.
- Collaborate with the global HR team to help shape scalable centralized HR processes as we growgradually expanding your impact across multiple international sites.

- Bonus: You have knowledge of labor law in one or more of our other locations (Barcelona Copenhagen Istanbul Brighton) or experience navigating multicountry HR landscapes.
