Job Description:
HVAC Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role you will provide advanced technical expertise leadership and mentorship to our HVAC technicians driving our service delivery to new heights.
Qualifications and Skills:
Indepth knowledge of HVAC systems components operations troubleshooting repairs and maintenance.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor future junior HVAC technicians.
Excellent problemsolving abilities capable of analyzing complex HVAC issues and devising effective solutions.
Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to customers and team members.
Effective time management to complete tasks efficiently and meet customer expectations.
