Job Description
Tasks
- Lead endtoend design processes from discovery to delivery across multiple products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers developers and stakeholders to translate business goals into elegant user experiences.
- Conduct user research interviews usability testing and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes user flows mockups and highfidelity prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Present and defend design solutions to crossfunctional teams and executives.
- Establish and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency and scalability.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design work.
- Advocate for UX best practices and a userfirst mindset across the organization.
- Analyze usage data and feedback to improve UX on live products.
Requirements
- 5 years of UX design experience preferably in a SaaS or techdriven environment.
- Portfolio showcasing design thinking research insight and polished UI solutions.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools (Figma Adobe XD Sketch InVision).
- Strong understanding of interaction design usability principles and accessibility standards.
- Experience working with agile teams and collaborating with developers.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with frontend basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Bonus: Experience with motion design design systems or analytics tools like Hotjar or GA.
