Offgrid Mindful Cabins GmbH is an earlystage nature travel hospitality sustainable and design startup. We are fuelled by passion for mindfulness nature storytelling and unique design experiences. We design manufacture and operate cabins (tiny houses) that promote mental wellness mindfulness and unforgettable memories in the heart of nature. Our beautifully designed Offgrid cabins serve as gateways to happier healthier lives.

Tasks

JOB INTRO:

Offgrid is seeking a working student based in Berlin to support our marketing department in various tasks related to marketing and communication. As a working student you will have the opportunity to gain handson experience in a fastgrowing startup environment and contribute to our mission of promoting sustainable living.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING HERE

• Assist in the development and of marketing campaigns across various channels including social media email marketing and website content.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures presentations and promotional videos.
• Assist in managing and updating our companys social media platforms including content creation posting and engagement with our audience.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
• Help plan and execute events and trade shows to promote our products and brand.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Requirements

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite Office Suite Social Media Management & Tracking Tools
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn) and social media management tools.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and techniques.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Experience in Design software (Adobe Creative Suite etc. is a plus but not a musthave
