Job Description
Were a ambitious startup developing an AIpowered career orientation app. As a lean team with a technical cofounder (CTO) were looking for a motivated and capable working student to support our technical development. Youll work directly with the CTO and have the opportunity to make a real impact on our product and vision.
Tasks
Your focus can evolve based on your skills and interests. Possible areas of contribution include:
AI/ML Application & Integration:
Working with LLMs (e.g. prompt engineering response analysis) applying NLP or ML methods and refining conversational flows.Backend & API Development:
Building and maintaining backend services and APIs using Python (e.g. FastAPI).Data Engineering & Management:
Creating data pipelines working with Postgres or Neo4j and improving data quality and structure.Mobile FrontEnd Development:
Enhancing our Flutterbased mobile interface integrating backend logic and improving UX.General Engineering Tasks:
Contributing to deployments writing tests participating in code reviews and supporting internal tooling.
Requirements
- Enrolled as a student in Germany (Computer Science Data Science AI etc.
- Strong Python skills
- Fast learner proactive problemsolver
- Foundational knowledge or strong interest in one or more of the following:
- AI / ML / NLP / Conversational AI
- Backend development
- Mobile app development
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- English proficiency
NicetoHaves:
- Experience with FastAPI Flask GCP NLP libraries Postgres Neo4j Docker Flutter
- Previous work on software projects (academic or personal)
- Interest in career orientation or education
