Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Title: MidLevel Rust Developer
Location: Remote (Portugal & EU only)
Work Regime: Fulltime & Remote
Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a talented and motivated MidLevel Rust Developer to join our remote team. In this role you will work closely with the development team to rewrite and validate specific modules of one of our clients compiler. The project follows a cleanroom implementation approach to ensure compliance with legal licenses held by the client.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Develop and optimize compiler modules using Rust Python and C.
- Implement and refine parsers and compilers.
- Apply mathematical concepts including derivative computation to enhance compiler functionality.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure code quality and compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- 2 years of experience with Rust (mandatory) Python and C (nice to have) with expertise in objectoriented programming.
- Handson experience with compiler development and parsing techniques.
- Solid mathematical foundation particularly in derivatives and computational methods.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Languages: fluent English.
Eligibility:
- Based in Portugal or the EU
- Eligible to work within the EU

Mandatory Requirements: 8+ years of professional experience relevant for the role; Vast experience with Vanilla Javascript; Experience with or ; Experience with Azure Cloud is a plus. Experience with New Relic is a Plus. Use state management like Redux or other.
