Job Description
Petra Group is supporting a multinational company in hiring a Customer Service Technician with experience in electronic maintenance and technical support for radio communication systems responsible for ensuring the operability of communication systems and providing personalized customer support.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on radio communication systems;
- Install and configure software on servers for radio and dispatch system management;
- Provide technical support to clients ensuring efficient problem resolution;
- Prepare service orders and maintain accurate records of activities performed;
- Conduct technical training on the use of products and software;
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop new solutions for clients.
Requisitos
- Technical degree or bachelors degree in Electronics IT or Telecommunications;
- Previous experience in radio maintenance 13 years);
- Advanced English (ability to read technical manuals and communicate with other countries);
- Native Spanish speaker;
- Strong communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
