Job Description
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with both technical and nontechnical teams fostering a collaborative and trusting environment.
- Collaborate closely with business owners and product managers to translate business needs into project deliverables (Epics features user stories and UI mockups/wireframes).
- Act as a liaison between business partners product managers and technology teams to define features user stories and acceptance criteria ensuring their timely implementation.
- Organise and lead engaging requirementgathering sessions with diverse stakeholders.
- Plan sprints manage the backlog and maintain momentum for yourself and the team.
- Team up with technical resources to develop solutions that meet customer expectations.
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
- Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to convert business functionality and opportunities into clear concise and easytoread artifacts including UI mockups user stories and functional requirements.
- The ability to think analytically solve problems make decisions and collaborate and work with a team in a fastpaced environment.
- The ability to interact and develop relationships with all levels of personnel including management from both business and technology teams.
- Hybrid with 3 days in their Cape Town or Centurion office
