Micro Entrepreneurship Program: Micro Entrepreneurship is a new program to create millions of micro entrepreneurs across industries like Agri/ Commerce Phase 1/Travel/Financial Services etc Phase 2 who can scale up and create millions of family wage jobs.

Objectives of the role:


To build the resource network for micro entrepreneurs by onboarding domain experts/content developers working on the specific need of micro Entrepreneurs collaborating with Product and content team.


Professional Requirements:


  • Experience: 1215 years in product/program management/GTM focusing on capacity building and launching new products in both startups and large companies.
  • Opportunity Identification: Skilled at identifying opportunities to create microentrepreneurs aiming to generate millions of jobs.
  • Product Development: Proven track record in building and launching scalable products to meet capacity building needs and support business growth for microentrepreneurs.
  • Resource Network: Expertise in developing resource networks for microentrepreneurs including small retailers and farmer producer organizations. Expert Onboarding: Ability to onboard domain experts to support microentrepreneurs either pro bono or as consultants.
  • Operational Management: Experienced in designing SOPs and processes to manage operations for large groups of microentrepreneurs focusing on capacity building training and help desk support.

  • Collaboration and Organization: Excellent collaboration skills with crossfunctional teams. Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication abilities. Detailoriented adaptable and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.












n Deep experience in pedagogy and emerging techniques in adult skilling n Experience in the use of technology in large scale skilling efforts n Creation of highly engaging, world-class content for global audiences n Training of relevant teams on content and content delivery n Use of analytical methods to support content development and refinement n Conducting market assessments to identify best practices and gaps n Maintaining a strong network of content professionals to get real-time perspectives on opportunities and solutions Engagement with various stakeholders to learn about unique needs and considerations of sub-segments
