As a Senior Product Manager youll be the focal point of a dedicated and crossfunctional squad setting big ambitious goals and youll have the freedom to decide how to meet these. The Details
- Define your products mission and vision including building a deep understanding of opportunities and how well measure business problems desired customer experience vision and product strategy.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including Data Science Engineering and Merchandising to secure resources scope efforts set project priorities and milestones and drive delivery.
- Manage prioritization and tradeoffs to ensure the right features are built with the right quality at the right time.
- Identify the gaps and pain points in the existing processes and drive improvements;
- Deep dive on issues and come up with solutions creating solutions from scratch for short and long term
- Promote/drive decision making throughout the team.
- Endtoend product development plans thinking about the product life cycle holistically from ideation to optimisation.
- Raise the bar! Set the standard for how things are done and bring in new ideas to drive continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications :
About You
- Previous experience in retail/ecommerce/startups
- Previous experience with operations
- Knowledge of SQL or similar data base programming languages
- A strategic thinker with a proven history of success as a Product Leader particularly within product technology retail or fashion.
- Demonstrated experience using data to inform product decisions with a strong analytical mindset and comfort with customer insights.
- Exceptional communication skills able to convey vision and strategy to senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
- Inspirational leadership that advocates for team development and is driven by helping others reach their potential.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
