You will be updated with latest job alerts via email Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable students to fill Internship job vacancies.
Schedule interviews with potential shortlisted candidates and to write and distribute internship offers.
Work with department managers and manage expectations.
Internship Activities Coordinating engagement activities with interns e.g. Internship Engagement Day.
Be the point of contact and bringing the interns together. E.g. Internship Lunch.
Support in any other HR related activities/matters e.g. HR and Employer Branding Teambuilding Filing documents etc.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or studying toward a degree in Human Resources or related field.
Good command of English both written and spoken
A strong interest in organizing or participating in engagement activities.
Open to new ideas and ways of thinking and working
