Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Store Manager to join our team in Boston United States. As the Store Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retail operation ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates fostering a positive work environment and ensuring exceptional customer service standards
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Manage inventory levels conduct regular stock audits and optimize product placement
- Oversee daily store operations including cash management loss prevention and maintaining a clean organized store environment
- Recruit train and develop staff members to build a skilled and efficient team
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and relevant regulations
- Manage store budgets control expenses and collaborate with regional management to implement companywide initiatives

Qualifications :
- Proven experience 35 years) in retail management preferably in a similar store environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences
- Proficiency in retail operations including inventory management and loss prevention techniques
- Solid understanding of financial management including budgeting and P&L responsibility
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to make datadriven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers staff and senior management
- Proficiency in using retail management software and pointofsale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as required
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic retail environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
