Are you ready to discover the role of an Application Support Agent in NetcompanyIntrasoft
As an Application Support Agent you will:
- Manage and track service requests and incidents ensuring timely updates and user communication.
- Handle user access rights including account creation functional mailbox management and access logs analysis.
- Perform problem and change management including impact assessments and escalations to Level 2 support.
- Conduct tests and regression analysis for new application releases and improvements.
- Support databaserelated tasks with basic architecture understanding and maintain operational procedures.
- Collaborate on service improvements through proactive ticketing and participation in impact assessments.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and assist in maintaining servicerelated documentation.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelors Degree in IT Computer Science or a related field.
- Over 2 years of professional experience in application support or a similar IT role.
- Serviceoriented mindset with strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to change.
- Proficient with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
- Familiar with EU Institutions IT environments would be an asset.
- Strong understanding of authentication systems (MFA SSO TPM) mobile OS (iOS Android) and API integration.
- Knowledge of IT security principles and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is an advantage.
