Job Description

Summary
Under general supervision is responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting computer controlled heating and airconditioning. Develops preventive maintenance schedules and performs the calibration and repair of heating and air conditioning controls and equipment. Exercises technical supervision over assigned staff and may take part in the training of staff.

Work Hours
7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m. Monday Friday (to start); Shift work and weekends to follow
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (recognized by the Texas Education Agency or a regional accrediting agency).
- Four 4 years of experience maintaining and repairing heating and air conditioning equipment.
- Must possess a Class B Air Conditioning/Refrigeration license from the State of Texas.
- Valid Class C Texas Drivers License.
- Must successfully pass all background investigations.
- Must maintain federally mandated security clearance required to work at an airport at all times.
- Must pass a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Security Threat Assessment and a Criminal History Records Check upon employment.
