This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. Youll join your colleagues in your local office at least 2 days a week.

Joining us as an Installation Delivery Executive 12m FTC
The Installation Delivery Executive will ensure highquality service delivery and seamless service management for ISPs by proactively coordinating all aspects of the installation process. This stakeholderfacing role involves managing expectations driving internal teams and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers to meet business needs and deliver exceptional customer service.
Youll receive a salary of up to 39000 a performance related bonus and a range of benefits to support you across your financial physical and mental wellbeing.
This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Manage forecasttoactual installations collaborating with installation partners to meet regional and city targets
- Provide accurate reporting on service performance connected services and service improvement plans
- Monitor and address risks to service targets ensuring customer satisfaction
- Managing local authority civil permits to ensure compliance is met
- Managing our internal resource availability and scheduling it through a workforce management system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients internal teams and key suppliers
What youll bring to the role
Strong service delivery experience excellent coordination and administration skills and the ability to build strong working relationships. Youll also have:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a customerfocused approach
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
- Experience in Telecoms Construction or Utilities
- A selfstarter resourceful and confident in managing tasks
- Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
