Tasks
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to wireless products and services via virtual communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints by providing effective solutions and alternatives within the time limits following up to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery standards.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products services policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document customer interactions process accounts and file documents accurately in the companys systems to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Communications Business or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
