Overview
Job Title: Housekeeping Deep Cleaner
Salary: $21/hr
Shift: Varies
Monarch Casino Resort in Black Hawk is a 23 story resort with over 500 rooms 4 restaurants and the one of the countrys top spa. The Monarch Casino Resort Spa is looking for a passionate Housekeeper to join our team! You will thrive in a fastpaced highvolume environment that exceeds the expectations of our guests and Team Members.
Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring the deep cleanliness of all assign rooms and reporting any maintenance
deficiencies.
Consistently deliver five diamond service to our guests.
Ensure to follow proper procedures for Osha and Health Department Guidelines.
Provide guest with directions as needed.
Knowledgeable of the property and activities within the property.
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time climb the high ladder for dusting and
cleaning.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs and more.
Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in Housekeeping preferred.
- Knowledge of AAA and Forbes Standards.
- Passion for Guest Service and attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand/walk for duration of shift.
- Position requires constant or frequent climbing stooping kneeling crouching pushing pulling and reaching.
- Must be able to use a ladder or scissor lift to clean high areas.
- Must be able to work graveyard shift weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work well with others and alone.
