You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Recruitment Operations Programs Implementation Lead is responsible for driving the successful and adoption of global Recruitment Operations programs at the regional level. This role ensures that global initiatives designed by the central RecOps team are translated into actionable regional plans that reflect local context stakeholder needs and operational realities.
Operating as the bridge between global strategy and regional operations this role partners closely with TA regional leadership HR and business stakeholders to embed new processes tools and best practices. The Implementation Lead also oversees data governance and TA financial oversight for the regions within their scope ensuring data integrity tool usage and budget adherence
Responsibilities
Program & Regional Enablement
Execute the regional rollout of global TA programs including skillsbased hiring internal mobility referral strategies and recruiter/hiring manager training.
Adapt global tools processes and enablement materials to suit local business practices and cultural context.
Partner with regional teams to drive adoption and operationalization of new programs.
Monitor implementation progress identify roadblocks and support issue resolution in partnership with global RecOps and PMs.
Support the delivery of recruiter development and hiring manager capabilitybuilding efforts.
Data Governance & TA Financials
Conduct regular audits to monitor data quality compliance and tool usage across the region.
Identify trends and gaps in data accuracy raising issues and proposing remediations as needed.
Track and support adherence to regional TA budgets offering operational insights to optimize financial planning and spend management.
Serve as point of contact for data governance and financial tracking questions within the region.
Stakeholder Partnership & Change Enablement
Act as the key connector between the Recruitment Operations team and regional TA leadership.
Collaborating with TA Directors HR Business Partners and Enablement leads to ensure successful delivery of TA initiatives.
Facilitate training sessions workshops and communications that support program adoption.
Drive change management efforts enabling teams to adopt new processes with clarity and consistency.
Insights & Continuous Improvement
Track adoption metrics and gather feedback to improve program .
Identify implementation trends gaps and opportunities across the region.
Elevate local insights to the global RecOps team to support strategic evolution of programs.
Qualifications :
7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruitment Operations or HR program delivery ideally in a global or matrixed environment.
Proven ability to execute complex programs at scale driving adoption and solving operational challenges.
Strong project coordination and skills with a handson actionoriented mindset.
Experience facilitating change management training and enablement initiatives.
Ability to work across functions and cultures translating global strategy into local action.
Understanding of recruitment data systems and compliance with experience in managing audits and data quality reviews.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with a focus on stakeholder partnership and solutionbuilding.
Comfort working in fastpaced ambiguous environments where priorities may evolve quickly.
