This role is within the Global Marketing Finance Team and drives financial planning analysis and reporting of Global Marketing initiatives. The Finance Manager will help produce insights and recommendations for the Global Marketing leadership support the coordination of global forecast and budget cycles and analyze performance against these plans. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills a deep understanding of financial principles and a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions and growth.
Essential Functions
Financial Planning and Analysis
Lead the budgeting forecasting and longterm planning processes for the Marketing function.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Analyze financial performance against key performance indicators and budget providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing spend.
Prepare and present monthly quarterly and annual financial reports to Global Marketing leadership.
Business Partnering:
Serve as a key financial advisor to the Marketing leadership team.
Collaborate with marketing teams to understand their financial needs and provide guidance on budget management cost optimization and return on investment (ROI) analysis.
Facilitate quarterly business reviews with marketing stakeholders highlighting financial performance risks and opportunities.
Partner with the marketing team to develop business cases for new investments and present findings to senior management.
Reporting and Analysis
Prepare and present regular financial reports including variance analysis to senior management.
Monitor key financial metrics and trends and provide actionable insights to drive performance improvements.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Participate in continuous improvement activities aimed at driving process improvements and operational excellence.
This is a hybrid position. Expectations of days in the office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510 of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 124600.00 to 180650.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
