Job Description
As a Bar Attendant at Peppers Marysville youll be at the heart of creating memorable moments for our guests by delivering exceptional service in a stunning riverside setting. Whether youre crafting cocktails or recommending a local Yarra Valley wine youll help enhance the overall guest experience.
What youll do:
- Greet and welcome guests offering expert recommendations to elevate their experience
- Take orders and serve drinks efficiently ensuring a smooth highenergy service
- Maintain a clean wellstocked and inviting bar environment at all times
- Assist with the hosting of events and functions contributing to the vibrant atmosphere
- Ensure all bartending duties including inventory management and cash handling are carried out accurately
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- A friendly approachable attitude with a guestfocused mindset
- Strong knowledge of beverages including cocktails wines and spirits
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles
- A positive team player who thrives in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights weekends and public holidays
