Job Opportunity: CzechSpeaking Content Moderator or Customer Support Agent
Location: Lisbon (Portugal) Sofia (Bulgaria) Athens (Greece) Office Based or Fully Remote from Greece
Contract Type: Permanent

Available Roles
Content Moderator
- Monitor and review usergenerated content
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines
- Flag escalate and manage sensitive or inappropriate material
- Help create a safe and respectful digital environment
Customer Support Agent
- Assist customers via phone email and chat
- Resolve inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Deliver an excellent customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement
What Were Looking For
- Czech language: C1C2 level
- English: B1 or higher
- EU citizenship or valid work visa
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Previous experience is a plus but not required
