Why This Role Matters

We re expanding our Sales Development team in the US and looking for a driven technically sound SDR who understands the US B2B SaaS landscape and can use AI tools to 10x outreach efficiency. You ll play a crucial role in driving awareness and pipeline for a platform that s redefining how marketing effectiveness is measured.


What You ll Do

  • Research and identify ICPs across eCommerce retail CPG and enterprise brands using AIenabled tools and outbound best practices.
  • Launch multichannel outbound campaigns (email phone social) to book highquality meetings for Sales Directors.
  • Pick up the phone with confidence! Be fearless in dialing prospects and creating real conversations we value SDRs who are bold proactive and not afraid to open doors the oldschool way.
  • Clearly communicate Lifesight s mission and platform value to CMOs Heads of Marketing Media and Innovation leaders.
  • Use tools like Apollo Zoominfo Clay ChatGPT Lavender HubSpot and others to scale your outreach intelligently.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing and maintain a seamless lead handoff process.
  • Keep HubSpot/Salesforce CRM updated with clean data notes and followups.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and AEs to improve messaging and campaign performance.
  • Stay plugged into trends in AI attribution measurement and the future of MarTech.


Requirements

What We re Looking For...


3 years of SDR/BDR experience in a SaaS company targeting the US market.
  • Strong experience with cold outbound and lead generation for enterprise deals.
  • Ability to explain complex technology in a simple valuedriven way.
  • Comfortable using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills both written and verbal.
  • Selfmotivated structured and hungry to exceed pipeline targets.
  • Prior experience in MarTech AdTech or working with marketing decisionmakers is a big plus.
