Job Description
Role: DevOps Engineer Sterling OMS (OnPrem to Cloud Migration)
Company Name : WillWare Technologies
Work Mode: Remote / Full time
Experience: 5Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Sterling OMS application 30 focus on OMS Application layer).
- Handle deployment activities of Sterling OMS from onpremises to cloud environment (preferably GCP).
- Maintain update and configure Jenkins pipelines including plugin upgrades.
- Work with Terraform scripts to manage infrastructure as code (IaC) in GCP.
- Perform DevOps automation tasks using Python Shell scripting or any other relevant scripting language.
- Update and maintain the latest version of the Sterling OMS application in coordination with development teams.
- Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot debug and ensure smooth deployment cycles.
- Ensure CI/CD pipelines are functional and optimized.
- Create and manage infrastructure provisioning scripts using Terraform.
- Handle GCP configuration and resource management 50 of the role).
MustHave Skills:
- Handson experience with Sterling OMS application.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps tools: Jenkins Terraform GCP.
- Experience in migration of applications from onpremise to cloud.
- Scripting skills: Python Shell or any other scripting language.
- Experience in updating Jenkins pipelines jobs and plugins.
- Ability to update Terraform code and troubleshoot infrastructurerelated issues.
- Understanding of application deployment processes and best practices.
