Housekeeping Supervisor

Active in team dynamics conflict prevention/resolution and identifying customer needs

Ability to interact with men and women of all ages and maturity levels of staff/customers
Clean building floors common areas bathrooms and rooms with sweeping mopping scrubbing vacuuming and removing trash.
Stock restrooms storage areas and maintenance supplies with cleaning equipment.
Use property management system to identify and prioritize cleaning tasks.
Assist with room turnovers (flipping) in hotel and bunk houses.
Maintain a cleaning log to track completed areas and inspections.
Report unsafe conditions or required repairs to supervisors.
Maintain a clean organized inspected neat and safe work area
Other duties or projects as assigned by SBR leadership
Abide by policies and procedure outlined in the SBR staff handbook
18 years of age or older
Strong time management skills and prioritization skills
General compute knowledge
Ability to follow safety procedures and comply with policies
Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work related communication and coordination
Be or become a registered member of Scouting America
Shows appreciation to coworkers in written and verbal form
Actively engages with team to provide improvements to the department
Up to 8 hours a day of either standing walking hiking and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
