Job Description

Branch Manager

Our client is a wellestablished organization that offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401k medical dental vision and generous PTO. They are seeking a dedicated and resultsdriven Branch Manager to oversee operations at an assigned location. This role is integral to the sustained success and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all functions at assigned location including sales parts service production paint and administration.
  • Manage the profit and loss of the location aligning with the budget and financial targets.
  • Set sales forecasts and manage the sales funnel.
  • Work closely with the Vice President of Sales to set and manage individual sales plans including quarterly reviews with the executive team.
  • Maintain inventory levels in accordance with established targets ensuring cycle counts are completed on schedule.
  • Assist Accounts Receivable department with collections on location customer accounts.
  • Monitor and maintain the Sales Inventory & Operations Plan (SIOP) ensuring data accuracy and appropriate staffing levels.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and be accountable for ensuring sales team meeting assignments.
  • Monitor team performance setting goals and objectives and taking necessary steps to motivate train mentor and manage performance of location staff.
  • Ensure teams compliance with all policies procedures and guidelines established by the corporate management team.
  • Maintain location compliance to Environmental Health and Safety policies and regulations as well as general housekeeping standards.
  • Oversee facility upkeep and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects including implementing lean manufacturing best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business or engineering (or other field) or a suitable combination of knowledge skills and abilities.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in the commercial service truck or similar industries.
  • Strong organizational negotiation interpersonal and leadership skills.
