Job Description
Join our team of dedicated CDLA drivers and enjoy steady pay reliable routes and weekly home time. If youre ready to get your hands a little dirty and take on physical work (all loads are handunloaded with rollers) this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.
Position Overview:

Pay Range: $2100$2500 per week

Weekly Home Time: 34hour reset every week

Route Details:

Starts in Ridgefield WA
-
Travels through WA OR ID MT
-
24 loads per week with 34 stops each

Consistent repeatable routes with no surprises

Job Responsibilities:
- Handunloading with rollers: Physical work thats key to the higher pay
- Rolling boxes (usually under 30 lbs) onto a portable conveyor into the store
- Flexible shift options both day and night shifts are available but flexibility is important
Pay Structure:

Hourly pay based on experience:

$29.00$30.50/hr for 048 months of experience

$31.00/hr for 49 months

Overtime Pay: after 40 hours $43.50$46.50/hr based on experience

Weekly pay: $2100 to $2500

Bonus opportunities: Safe & OnTime bonuses
What Were Looking For:

CDLA License and 21 years old
-
3 months of recent tractortrailer experience
-
No SAP drivers
-
Clean driving record
