Job Description

Location: Athens Thessaloniki or Chania Greece (Onsite or Remote Relocation Included)

Language Requirement: Fluent in one of the following languages:
Czech Danish Dutch French German Hebrew Italian Polish Portuguese Slovak or Spanish

Your Mission

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for users handling a range of queries and providing exceptional support in your native language. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the companys reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer support via phone chat or email

  • Resolve inquiries related to products orders accounts or technical issues

  • Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining high service standards

  • Adapt to new tools and systems quickly to support a variety of projects

  • Collaborate with team leaders and quality teams to improve performance

  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the values of cultural diversity

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluent in one of the required languages English

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to relocate to Greece (with full support provided)

  • Customerfocused attitude with problemsolving skills

  • EU citizenship or valid EU work permit

  • For some projects: higher technical skills or B2B cloud experience

  • For specific roles: Minimum age of 21 years
