About the Project
Were in stealth mode and hiring 100 remote talent to build a modern digital banking infrastructure from the ground up. This greenfield platform will serve three core customer segments:
- Retail users Personal banking (savings cards spend management)
- Businesses SME banking (invoicing POS working capital multiuser accounts)
- B2B partners APIs and services for embeddedfinance use cases
Were doing a clean modern rebuild using industry best practices across infrastructure codebase deployment and user experience. The goal is a unified platform that seamlessly supports Personal Business and Embedded Finance clients.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer skilled in React or Vue to build responsive highperformance user interfaces. This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong design sensibility and the ability to translate visual designs into robust code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop highquality frontend applications using React or
- Collaborate with product designers to ensure consistent UI/UX across products
- Translate mockups and wireframes into responsive accessible code
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Engage in code reviews ensuring adherence to modern web development best practices
- Stay uptodate with emerging frontend technologies and frameworks
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in frontend development with React Vue or similar frameworks
- Solid understanding of responsive design modern CSS frameworks and JavaScript (ES6
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux Vuex or similar)
- Demonstrated history of building productionlevel user interfaces
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining clear and proactive communication.
Preferred/Desirable:
- Experience or familiarity with fintech banking or regulated environments.
- Experience integrating with backend APIs in agile settings
- Familiarity with testing libraries and methodologies for frontend applications
- Strong commitment to clean scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Comfort with high ambiguity and the dynamic pace of a greenfield project.
- Eagerness to work in a team setting where ideas are exchanged freely and constructively
