Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Eden TX
Shift: MondayFriday 8Hour Day Shifts
Annual Salary: $125000 $140000 (Based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services across multiple care settings:
- Outpatient
- Inpatient (Swing bed)
- SchoolBased (Sports Medicine)
- Develop individualized care plans based on patient evaluations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Document treatments using Trubridge EMR system
- Oversee and coordinate PRN staff for weekend and holiday rotations
Requirements
- License: Active Texas PT License (required)
- Education: DPT or Masters in Physical Therapy (required)
- Experience: 35 years preferred open to new grads
- Skills:
- Broad clinical expertise across outpatient swing bed and schoolbased settings
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
