ItalianSpeaking Customer Care Champion
Location: Onsite in Malta
Schedule: Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday between 8 AM and 7 PM 40 hours/week)

What Youll Be Doing
As a Customer Care Champion youll ensure our Italianspeaking users feel valued understood and supported:

Assist customers through phone email and live chat no day is the same!

Offer clear solutions to a range of customer queries with positivity and professionalism

Maintain accurate records using CRM software

Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer journey

Represent our brand with empathy and excellence
Who You Are

Nativelevel speaker of Italian with strong English skills (C1

Currently living in Malta
-
Customer service experience is a plus but not required

A great communicator with problemsolving instincts

Flexible and ready to work rotating shifts including weekends

Passionate about creating positive customer experiences and building a stable career
