Join a fastgrowing solar and storage development company thats reshaping how clean energy is sourced across the U.S. Were on the hunt for a driven entrylevel Junior Project Developer to join our Origination Team and this could be your launchpad into a future as a fullfledged Project Developer.
What Youll Be Doing:
Youll get handson experience from day one and play a vital role in helping us identify and secure the best land for future solar and storage projects. Heres what your days might look like:
- Running origination campaigns: including outbound mailers calls and outreach to landowners
- Cold calling and lead generation: turning unknown landowners into longterm partners
- Preliminary diligence: assisting with desktop reviews and site assessments
- Working closely with Origination Manager and above all of whom are deeply invested in mentoring and growing our origination team
- Supporting land acquisition strategies and collaborating crossfunctionally with development GIS and legal teams
What You Bring:
- A Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Civil Engineering or a related field
- A true passion for solar and renewable energy youre not just looking for a job youre building a career
- Strong interest in project development especially the earlystage process of identifying land opportunities
- Excellent communication skills comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations
- Organized energetic and curious you love a good challenge and learning by doing
