Requirements
- 37 years of B2B sales experience in FinTech or SaaS (ideally within APIs payment platforms digital banking).
- Proven track record of closing highvalue deals and consistently beating targets.
- Strong understanding of APIdriven sales and ability to communicate technical concepts with confidence.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is nonnegotiable.
- Selfstarter with a builders mentality youre comfortable in fastpaced unstructured environments.
- Confident persuasive communicator with great negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Bonus: Experience selling into African European or Francophone markets.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business through outbound prospecting and warm leads.
- Lead the full sales cycle: discovery demo negotiation and close.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand technical aspects of our API and craft customized pitches.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across multiple markets.
- Identify upsell/crosssell opportunities and work towards longterm account growth.
- Deliver compelling proposals tailored to prospects pain points and needs.
- Keep CRM and sales dashboards uptodate with accurate forecasting.
