Job Description

Requirements

  • 37 years of B2B sales experience in FinTech or SaaS (ideally within APIs payment platforms digital banking).
  • Proven track record of closing highvalue deals and consistently beating targets.
  • Strong understanding of APIdriven sales and ability to communicate technical concepts with confidence.
  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is nonnegotiable.
  • Selfstarter with a builders mentality youre comfortable in fastpaced unstructured environments.
  • Confident persuasive communicator with great negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bonus: Experience selling into African European or Francophone markets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through outbound prospecting and warm leads.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: discovery demo negotiation and close.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand technical aspects of our API and craft customized pitches.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across multiple markets.
  • Identify upsell/crosssell opportunities and work towards longterm account growth.
  • Deliver compelling proposals tailored to prospects pain points and needs.
  • Keep CRM and sales dashboards uptodate with accurate forecasting.
