Now Hiring: Employment Specialist / Job Coach
Location: Hybrid Work from Home
Job Type: Fulltime or Parttime
Pay: $20.00/hour Performance Bonuses

What Youll Be Doing:

Meet virtually with clients to build resumes and submit job applications

Lead engaging mock interviews to build confidence and readiness

Attend job fairs alongside clients to boost visibility and connections

Build relationships with local employers and advocate for your clients

Provide transportation to job interviews when needed
-
Visit clients onsite to coach them through job tasks and workplace expectations

Write clear professional case notes and maintain required documentation

Support clients posthire to ensure longterm success and retention
Youre a Great Fit If You:

Have experience working with individuals with disabilities (Job coaching experience is a BIG plus!

Are organized detailoriented and can manage your own flexible schedule

Are a natural problem solver and selfstarter who thrives with autonomy

Have strong communication and writing skills
-
Are proficient with Google Drive and Microsoft Office

Have reliable transportation
-
Hold at least a high school diploma (Associates degree required)
