Job Description
We are seeking a determined and experienced individual to fill the position of Service Maintenance Sales Executive for our client a leader in the HVAC Service System Assessment Maintenance Repair Energy Optimization Design Build and Retrofit industry. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including full medical dental vision and 401K. A car allowance is also provided as the successful candidate will use their own vehicle for work purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Snohomish County
- Generate and develop own leads demonstrating a proactive and tenacious approach
- Engage and build relationships with clients whether ownerdirect or through contractors or property management companies
- Drive sales of service maintenance agreements
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in HVAC service or project sales
- Ability to work independently showing initiative and a hunter mentality
- Strong network of contacts within the industry and territory
- Willingness to travel within Snohomish County and report to Seattle office for training
