Responsibilities:

• Perform agespecific assessments to build individualized plans of care

• Collaborate with patients families and interdisciplinary teams

• Administer treatments and medications with accuracy using EMR (EPIC)

• Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt plans accordingly

• Promote a culture of respect empathy and clinical excellence

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Eligible or currently licensed as an RN in Virginia

• CPR required; ACLS PALS NRP as applicable

• EMR proficiency required (EPIC preferred)

• Must meet essential job functions and orientation standards

Compensation & Perks:

• Hourly Pay: $30.47$45.71 based on experience

• SignOn Bonus: Up to $30000 (based on experience)
