Job Description
Intercare Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our 130bed facility in Alpharetta GA. This is a permanent position with a focus on ADL training chronic pain management falls and balance dysphagia and seating and positioning. The facility features a large wellequipped gym with plenty of natural light creating an ideal environment for patient rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Focus on ADL training chronic pain falls and balance dysphagia seating and positioning.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize electronic documentation via Net Health; iPads provided for all rehab team members.
Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapist license in Georgia.
- Experience in a longterm care or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in electronic documentation.
