STAT Home Health in Baton Rouge LA is seeking Home Health Aides (CNA)!
We invite you to become a part of one of the fastestgrowing Home Health Care and Hospice agencies that spans across six states and employs over 2400 healthcare professionals. Our vast network of healthcare providers allows us to provide optimal patient care and seamless transition across service lines.
Essential duties include:
- Obtain and record vitals according to standard practice
- Assist with the following ADLs during each visit: mobility transferring walking grooming bathing dressing or undressing eating or toileting
- Complete clinical notes for all visits
- Report changes in patient condition and needs to RN
Qualifications:
- Current nursing assistant certification in the State of Louisiana required
- Current CPR Certification
- Previous home health experience preferred
- Compassionate and great time management skills
- Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility
