About the job :
Position Context :
The selected candidate will work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment under the direct supervision of the HyperAutomation Practice Lead within the Digital Delivery Division and in close coordination with other technical and business teams. The role may include additional tasks of a similar level in related fields.Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Intelligent Automations aligned with industry best practices and UNICCs internal frameworks.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify document and transform business requirements into automated solutions.
Facilitate and review Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
Engage in all phases of the automation lifecycle: prioritization development testing deployment and continuous improvement.
Lead the development and of test plans and test cases and gather test data to implement automated testing through UiPath Test Suite.
Provide postdeployment support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and hypercare phases.
Support end users and business teams in resolving issues related to live automated processes.
Conduct workshops to analyze manual processes and determine their automation potential and suitability.
Communicate technical findings and futurestate designs clearly to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure requirements are accurately documented and ready for development handoff.
Perform additional duties as assigned in line with the role.
Required Technical Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in UiPath development including endtoend project leadership.
Minimum 3 years of experience creating PDDs and SDDs specifically for UiPath platforms.
Strong background in process analysis solution design and effort estimation.
Excellent understanding of automation frameworks technologies and analysis tools.
Experience with API integration and testing tools such as MuleSoft Postman or Swagger.
Familiarity with infrastructure best practices including performance tuning and security configurations.
Ability to consult and advise on optimal HyperAutomation solutions for clients.
Preferred Technical Skills
Practical experience with UiPath Test Suite and Agentic Automation.
Awareness of the latest innovations in the HyperAutomation space.
Exposure to Agile project management frameworks.
Strong interest in continuous professional growth and highquality delivery.
Required Soft Skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High personal integrity professionalism in handling confidential matters and sound judgment.
Strong commitment to delivering highquality results on time.
