The store manager is responsible for the day to day operations.
Including but not limited to:
- Hiring training and developing store team
- Contribute to the overall vision and sales objectives of the store.
- Manage employee schedules and ensure attendance and punctuality policies are upheld.
- Provide consistent coaching on sales product and client training in order to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales.
- pragmatically solve problems on the go and adapt quickly.
- Develops and executes best practices.
- Contribute to a positive atmosphere that is fun professional productive and teamoriented where feedback is encouraged.
- Display a strong commitment to selfdevelopment and growth.
