This is a full academic year position.
Expected hours of work per week: 1020
Work Location & Hours: Athletic office; 8a 4:30p
Qualifications for Position:
- Some office experience preferred
- The ability and willingness to engage with care and with close attention to detail in all work assignments is extremely important.
- Confidentiality is critical
Expected Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily Mail runs: for all Athletic Dept members (multiple times a day as needed).
- Data entry including
- Assist with copying and light office duties as needed.
- Assist with putting together handbooks several times throughout the year.
- At regular intervals keep the Athletic offices clean including the following rooms
- Help compliance officer with NCAA compliance checkins
Resume skills development (NACE Competencies required by employers) to be developed
- Career & SelfDevelopment including time management scheduling taking personal responsibility
- Communication in the form of communication with athletes and director of athletics
- Leadership through observation on how a collegiate athletic deare
- Professionalism by working with confidential information on conferences athletic departments and students. Making sure that all communication coming out of the office is organized and wellstated
- Teamwork including working with teams and with the director of athletics as a team
- Technology proficiency and professionalism in emailing Google Sheets Google Docs
