Theatre Practitioner OPERATINGDEPARTMENTPRACTITIONER SCRUB (RGN / ODP)
Ipswich Hospital Scrub Bank Part time Includes weekend work
Up to 29 per hour depending on experience
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an adhoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Scrub Practitioner/ Theatre Practitioner (ODP) at our hospital youll be focused detailoriented empathetic with great communication registered with the appropriate governing body and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration including NMC or HCPC. With postregistration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment youre a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
As a Scrub Practitioner or Theatre Practitioner (ODP) you will:
Work in a multi disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload
Use stateoftheart technology equipment and facilities
Supervise support and develop junior members of the team
Provide highquality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting
Create highquality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development which can include Surgical First Assist training
