We are looking for a motivated organized and customerfocused Service BDC Agent to join our Oakville Nissan and Oakville INFINITI team. This is a fulltime inperson position with longterm growth potential in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What Youll Do
As the voice behind our Service Department youll play a crucial role in building longlasting relationships with our customers by keeping them informed engaged and cared for throughout their ownership experience.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Managing inbound and outbound calls emails and text communications with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Booking and confirming service appointments for both Nissan and INFINITI customers.
Sending timely appointment reminders and service notifications.
Following up with customers postservice to ensure satisfaction and encourage future loyalty.
Providing service updates and status reports on vehicles in the shop.
Acting as a liaison between service advisors and customers offering a seamless and transparent experience.
Documenting all communications and actions in CRM tools and BDC tracking systems.
Maintaining uptodate customer records and following internal accountability protocols.
Collaborating with the Service Manager and team to implement process improvements.
Adapting to dealershipspecific software evolving technologies and digital tools.

Strong communication skills (phone email and written) with a warm and professional tone.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fastpaced environment.
A selfmotivated work ethic with the ability to work independently and follow through on tasks.
A positive teamoriented attitude and respect for leadership direction.
A willingness to learn dealership systems and adapt to digital tools (experience with CDK PBS or other DMS/CRM tools is an asset).
Customer service experience (automotive experience preferred but not required).
Basic proficiency with computers online scheduling tools and email.
A passion for building relationships and providing exceptional service.
