The Role:
Lead the kitchen and run the grill solo three days a week
Ideally doing three double shifts then four days off
Must be quick on the linespeed and consistency are key

What were looking for:
Fastpaced kitchen experienceideally from a busy burger restaurant or fast food setup
Able to work quickly under pressure without dropping standards
Confident running the kitchen solo and making calls when it gets busy
Obsessed with quality and speedget food out fast hot and right
Takes health and safety seriouslyclean organised and on top of hygiene standards
Willing to learn dependable and up for being part of a tight crew
Organised switchedon and ready to take ownership of your shifts
